    Dog Scouts of America is a non-profit organization started in 1995 to make dogs' lives better. There are over 60 different badges that dogs can earn once they pass a basic test. The basic test includes sit, down, stay, come, and leave it, and also involves observing the interaction between the person and the dog as well as a written test.
