    Dravo Corporation was a shipbuilding company with shipyards in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. It was founded by Frank and Ralph Dravo in Pittsburgh in 1891.[1] The corporation became "public" issuing stock and listed on the exchange in 1936 and in 1998 was bought out by Carmeuse for $192 million ($270.4 million today).
