Contents 1 Background 2 Teaching 3 Education 4 Solo exhibitions 5 References 6 External links Background [edit] Raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Bally's interest in the metal arts began at age 13 through a class where he made brass knuckles and throwing stars. His interest continued to grow as he experienced the industry through more classes and meeting local artists. He began classes at the Pittsburgh Center for the Arts, the Pennsylvania Governor's School for the Arts, the Tyler School of Art, and Carnegie Mellon University. Through his travels and apprenticeships, Boris showed an interest in the more extreme and mechanical aspect of design. This is a list of United States municipalities, counties, neighborhoods, and tribal communities that have been designated as "Preserve America Communities" under the federal government's Preserve America program. Occasionally, there are minimum speed limits. Most speed limits are set by statute, although each state allows various agencies to set a different, usually lower, limit. The highest speed limits are generally 75 mph (121 km/h) in western states and 70 mph (113 km/h) in eastern states. A few states, mainly in the Northeast Megalopolis, have 65 mph (105 km/h) limits, and Hawaii only has 60 mph (97 km/h) maximum limits.
